The Bygone Byways Interpretive Trail is an easy 1.0-mile loop that follows the original route of the Great Northern Railway. The trail, which is flat and well-marked, stays in forest most of the way and skirts Nason Creek. There are interpretive brochures and a kiosk at the trailhead that explain the natural and cultural history of the area. The trail is wheelchair accessible and is primarily used by hikers. This trailhead provides access to the Bygone Byways Interpretive Trail. It is located on the N side of US-2, near milepost 69.
No parking permit is required, and there is a vault toilet at the trailhead.
