This 54-mile scenic byway spans the length of Whidbey Island, providing access to everything from beaches, walking trails, friendly, quaint communities, a naval air station, amazing fresh seafood and super-fresh salty sea air. There are a LOT of deer here so be watchful on and off the road. Be sure the stop at the Deception Pass Bridge as it is an amazing photo op and the Deception Pass State Park offers a gorgeous walk down to the beach and views of the iconic bridge from below. Pack your sunscreen, camera and comfy shoes!

While the Cascade Loop is a scenic byway in its own right, we are also home to three other designated scenic byways: Stevens Pass Greenway, North Cascades Scenic Byway and the Whidbey Scenic Isle Way
Cascade Loop travelers LOVE to explore. The good news is we happen to also have additional designated scenic byways nearby. These include the Okanogan Trails Scenic Byway, Chuckanut Drive Scenic Byway and San Juan Islands Scenic Byway
