Pigeon Creek, a beautiful public beach and viewpoint, is accessible via a new Port of Everett Public Access trail running along Terminal Avenue. Along the trail, travelers can view the Port's terminal operations as well as an occasional passing train. The end of the trail boasts a landscaped viewpoint overlooking a gentle sloping sandy beach, abundant with much wildlife.
The trail and beach, which are accessible from dawn until dusk, are protected from the secured industrial Port terminal operations by a fence, which runs along side the trail. Pedestrians or bicyclists can access the paved trail from Terminal Avenue (off of West Marine View Drive).
