Winter is a magical time to visit the Cascade Loop! Snow is often present through much of the Loop, but not all! Skiers, snowshoers and snowmobilers revel in the white stuff from the Stevens Pass Greenway, down to Leavenworth and Wenatchee, up around Lake Chelan, the Methow Valley and the North Cascades. Less in love with cold temps and snowy days? Worry no more--just hang out near Puget Sound and keep warmer and de-iced! Snohomish River Valley, Skagit Valley, Fidalgo and Whidbey Islands are more temperate. Note that while the North Cascades Highway closes during the winter months, it will reopen when it's safe to do so this Spring. The great American road trip is alive and well on Washington's Cascade Loop Scenic Highway. Want more information? Join our newsletter mailing list below!
